The Office of Administrative Services at West Valley College is responsible for managing the college’s operational and financial infrastructure. Its primary functions include:
- Fiscal Services: Overseeing budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the college.
- Facility Rentals: Coordinating the use of campus facilities for internal and external events.
- Printing Services: Providing printing and duplication support for academic and administrative needs.
- Campus Operations: Supporting day-to-day administrative functions that ensure smooth campus operations.
The Vice President of Administrative Services oversees these areas and works closely with other college departments to maintain compliance, financial health, and operational efficiency.
